Returns
You can cancel your order and return unopened, unused products within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund of the product price.
For hygiene reasons I can't take back skincare or brow products once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.
How to return
- Email hello@refinedmedicalaesthetics.uk with your order number.
- Post the items back to Refined Medical Aesthetics, Double Row, Seaton Delaval NE25 0PP, or drop them into the clinic.
- I'll refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving them. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or I sent the wrong thing.
Faulty or damaged
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, message me within 30 days and I'll replace or refund it, including postage.
Subscriptions
Each subscription order is covered by this policy in the same way: return unopened products within 14 days of receiving them. To stop future orders, cancel on your subscription page; there is no fee.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
