Privacy

When you order, I collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address so I can process and deliver your order, send your invoice and answer questions.

Payments are handled by Stripe (and Klarna if you choose it); I never see or store your full card details. Order emails are sent with Brevo. Order alerts with your order details are shared privately with the Refined team so we can prepare your order.

If you subscribe, Stripe keeps your card on file for the repeat payments, and I keep your subscription details (products, frequency, address, email and mobile) so I can send each order, your payment reminders and service texts. Texts and emails about your orders are sent with Brevo and are never marketing.

I keep order records for 6 years for accounting. I don't send you marketing emails from the shop.

Your bag is stored in your own browser. This site uses no advertising cookies.
