Delivery & collection
I keep delivery simple: one tracked option, free over £50, or collect free from the clinic. Subscription orders always have free tracked delivery.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, not bank holidays). I order fresh stock from WBCo for you, so every product reaches you in perfect condition. You'll get an email with your Royal Mail tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Where do you deliver?
UK addresses only for now, including the Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland at the same price.
Collecting from the clinic
Choose Collect in your bag. Pop in to Refined Medical Aesthetics, Double Row, Seaton Delaval NE25 0PP, when I've messaged to say it's ready. Just mention your name or order number.
Something wrong?
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email hello@refinedmedicalaesthetics.uk or message me on WhatsApp and I'll sort it.
