Clinic pickup in Seaton Delaval

Soft, flexible hydrocolloid nose patch with 1% salicylic acid. Designed for blackhead-prone, oily noses — comfortable enough to wear overnight, fits most nose shapes.

  • Hydrocolloid + 1% salicylic acid — absorbs sebum, helps unclog pores
  • Soft, flexible — fits most noses, comfortable overnight
  • Wear overnight or 6-8 hours during the day
  • UK only — cannot ship to USA (salicylic acid restriction)

From Nurse Rachel's treatment room

"A nose patch isn't going to solve sebaceous filaments long-term — but it's the most satisfying short-term fix and a useful step in a real routine. Use weekly, not daily." — Nurse Rachel Storey, NMC-registered

What to expect

  • Overnight: Patch turns white where it's pulling oil and dead skin
  • Morning: Smoother, less congested nose
  • Week 4 (used weekly): Fewer visible blackheads, less daily oil shine

Build your routine

Pair with Hydro-Dots for individual spots — or get both together in the Hydro-Duo set. Already cleansing properly? Bog Myrtle & Lime Cleanser handles the daily oil balance.

How to use

Wash hands and cleanse the nose. Gently exfoliate beforehand for better results. Dry thoroughly. Peel from film, place over the nose, smooth out air bubbles. Leave overnight or 6-8 hours during the day.

Perfect for

Oily noses, blackhead-prone areas, anyone who likes a satisfying pull-off morning routine.

FAQ

How often should I use this?
Once or twice a week. Daily use is overkill and can over-dry the area.

Why won't it stick?
Apply to clean, dry skin only. No serum, oil, or moisturiser underneath.

Are these blackheads or sebaceous filaments?
Most "blackheads" on noses are actually sebaceous filaments (normal pore lining). Patches help with surface oil and visible congestion. For persistent issues, message Rachel about an in-clinic option.

Sold and fulfilled by Refined Medical Aesthetics, Seaton Delaval.

If you get a persistently oily or blackhead-prone nose, Hydro-Patch is more comfortable and less aggressive than a traditional pore strip. Overnight wear, soft hydrocolloid, mild salicylic acid. Gentler on the barrier than ripping a strip off - which is how tiny red patches happen.
- Wash hands, gently exfoliate the nose area (optional), pat fully dry. - Peel the patch from the backing film. - Apply across the nose, smoothing out air bubbles. - Leave overnight or for 6-8 hours. - Remove gently from the edges.
- Hydrocolloid base (Cellulose gum, Polyurethane-11) - Salicylic Acid 1% - Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer - Why it matters: absorbs and draws out sebum without the skin trauma of traditional strips.
