Wash hands. Cleanse and dry the area thoroughly (no oils or serums underneath — they stop it sticking). Peel from film, place over the spot or area, smooth out air bubbles. Leave overnight or 6-8 hours.

Why won't it stick?
Apply to clean, dry skin only — no serum, oil, or moisturiser underneath.

Why can't I ship to the USA?
