Where we ship

Refined Medical Aesthetics ships within the United Kingdom only. We don't currently ship internationally. If you're based outside the UK and want to order, message Rachel on WhatsApp — we may be able to arrange something for clinic patients in person.

Order processing

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships. UK delivery is tracked via Royal Mail or Evri.

Clinic pickup (Seaton Delaval)

If you're booked in for a treatment at the clinic in Seaton Delaval, you can pick up your order in person at no cost. Choose Pickup at checkout, or message Rachel to arrange.

Salicylic acid products — UK only

Hydro-Dots, Hydro-Patch, and Hydro-Duo cannot be shipped outside the UK. Salicylic acid is classified as a drug under FDA rules in the US, and these products will not pass through customs.

Issues with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, message Rachel on WhatsApp +44 7583 321635 or email dannyh323@hotmail.co.uk. We'll resolve it.
